Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson has pranked Canada's press office to warn Prime Minister Justin Trudeau he's coming over to "liberate" the country. In a video posted on Instagram, Carlson teased his upcoming engagements in Canada with a caption beneath the clip stating, "See you soon, Canada".The video features Tucker calling a Canadian government media line, asking them to pass on a message to the prime minister.
