Loxford Polyclinic 26th Jan Ultrasound Appointment Letter Not Recieved

I have been waiting to get my ultrasound done since the end of November. I was told i should receive the appointment letter in 6-8 weeks I have been chasing had no messages or emails about the appointment. Now after chasing them up said it was on the 4th January 2024. Gave me a number to book the appointment and they are also not picking up. This murder has been flagged at 10 downing street and still no one responded. Try to report it to the police they won't take the report and the one made online is deleted from their system. Waiting for the media to get in touch with me as I have emailed them many times as well.
