Who is liable for Severe Vaccine Injuries, including Deaths?

Not Big Pharma because our government is protecting them with just unbelievable legislation.

Yes, all the big pharmaceutical manufactures collaborated to petition the government to protect them from making “vaccines” that were killing people and they said that they were not going to make them any longer if they could be held liable for their dirty deeds.

What is really complexing and rather telling, is that the government, KNOWING that the vaccines were making killing and making children and adults sick, said “NO Problem, we will Protect you.”

What kind of government would not only allow a drug that was killing children, but PROTECT and PROMOTE it?

That is the US Government who has an alliance with the UN and the WEF – this alliance has to do with Agenda Objectives – the main objective is to Depopulate the planet to below 1 Billion people.

The US Gov put in one of the most evil pieces of legislation in history with the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act – which said a vaccine manufacturer cannot be held liable for any and all vaccine injuries.

(1) No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after the effective date of this part 23 if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.

(2) For purposes of paragraph (1), a vaccine shall be presumed to be accompanied by proper directions and warnings if the vaccine manufacturer shows that it complied in all material respects with all requirements under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and section 351 of the Public Health Service Act (including regulations issued under such provisions) applicable to the vaccine and related to vaccine-related injury or death for which the civil action was brought unless the plaintiff shows—

(c) DIRECT WARNINGS.—No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after the effective date of this part 24 solely due to the manufacturer’s failure to provide direct warnings to the injured party (or the injured party’s legal representative) of the potential dangers resulting from the administration of the vaccine manufactured by the manufacturer.

Bottom Line: They can inject POISON into your body and it can result in DEATH and they can NOT be held Liable for Civil Action Lawsuits for the Damages.

It’s like giving your child a loaded gun and telling them to shoot into the crowd, no worries, we can’t be held liable if anyone gets hurt.

This piece of dirty legislation allows them to EXPERIMENT on ALL of us and they are not responsible for lives they destroy.

They can get away with saying a Non-Tested Experimental Covid Vaccine / Drug is SAFE and EFFECTIVE, even though it is DEADLY and Ineffective.
