We Must Protect Americans From AI Deepfakes!

Imagine a world where tech companies are able to disseminate AI content of Taylor Swift, generate revenue off of it, and not be held liable.

That is the real world, because current law does not create that liability.

I believe the No AI FRAUD Act is a good first step for protecting Americans’ individual rights and the creative infrastructure that has allowed our country to flourish.
