Gen. Zaluzhny authored an OpEd on CNN laying out his vision of the future of war, and what Ukraine needs to change to win in 2024. Retired Army Col. Doug Macgregor wrote a book in 2016 - Margin of Victory - in which he discussed some of these very same issues.
