Quick Oatmeal Bread Recipe For A Healthy Breakfast! Gluten free, no butter!

Ingredients:

Recipe 1
250 ml(1 cup) kefir/ or yogurt
3 medium eggs
salt
2 tablespoons flax seeds
60 g(1/2 cup) mix seeds
60 g(1/2 cup) almond flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon psyllium powder
bake 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F

Recipe 2
150 g(1 +1/2 cup) oat flakes
150 ml(2/3 cup) hot water
160 g(~1/2 cup) yogurt
2 medium eggs
2 tbsp mix seeds
salt
35 g(1/3 cup) oat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
bake 40-50 minutes at 180°C/360°F

Recipe 3
90 g(1 cup) oat flakes
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons mix seeds
200 ml(~3/4 cup) kefir/ or yogurt
1 medium egg
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C/360°F
