Doug Teeter’s astonishing, head spinning 180° flip flop in less than an hour at the August 10, 2021 Butte County Board of Supervisors Meeting

Item 4.05 Discussion of Potential Termination of Local Disaster Proclamation Resolution Due to Covid

This is the reason Doug has earned the name Teeter Totter. This is what you call lip service: forked-tongue, double speak, talking from either of your mouth, playing both sides from the middle, riding the fence, playing it safe, staying lukewarm, flip flopping, waffling, oscillating, roller coasting, etc. It’s another form of lying through gas lighting and future faking--saying one thing and doing the complete opposite.

At the start of this video, you will see back to back clips of Teeter that happen within less than an hour of each other: his first (all talk) stance on ending the public health emergency immediately juxtaposed with his bizarre change of mind in his second response soon afterwards.

At the beginning, Doug Teeter starts off strong and says all the right things. But less than a half hour later, he completely changes course. What happened?

After you see the quick flip flop compilation, the full video of the board’s 8-10-21 session on “Item 4.05 Discussion of Potential Termination of Local Disaster Proclamation Resolution Due to Covid” will start.

It begins with CAO Andy Pickett’s lengthy monologue enumerating the many ways the government created a crisis then “came to the rescue” and thereby created even more destruction with their version of “solutions”, and makes no effort to disguise his effort to persuade the board to keep the emergency going for the sake of getting more money.

This is followed by what seems to be a promising and forthright response by Teeter as he acknowledges, for the first time, the LAW and all the grievances of the people who had been attending meetings and contacting him since all this Covid fraud began.

This is followed by public comment. Each one is worth listening to.

But then, a puzzling thing happens, after public comment, Teeter does a COMPLETE 180- and decides to keep the emergency going, instead of making a motion to end it- something that should’ve happened more than a year earlier, at which time , he himself had just admitted -only a half hour before- that the board had broken the law by not ENDING the emergency at the earliest opportunity per California Health and Safety Code 101080 and not ever having once met the criterion set forth to warrant such an emergency.

For the sake of this video, which is to highlight the neck breaking 180° flip-flop, dipsy-doo flipparoo Doug Teeter made in less than an hour, we have saved the entire, uncut video of item 4.05 discussion to start right after the Teeter Totter Flip Flop compilation.

To reiterate, the first part of this video will show Teeter’s FIRST and second responses back to back skipping public comment for the sake of seeing the stark contrast between his initial statements and the ones he gave after, in an efficient way. After that- the entire video for Item 4.05 from the 8-20-21 meeting will start, so you can see the public comments that were made between his first statement and his completely contradictory stance just before voting to continue the emergency.

The full version of item 4.05 shows everything that was said by the CAO before Doug’s first response, too. You’ll then see Doug’s initial response (again) which was featured at the very beginning, along with comments by other board members. This is followed by public comment by residents of Butte County, immediately after which you’ll see, again, the wild back peddling of Doug’s second response along with Bill Connelly’s absurd remonstrations of the public, before they all vote to extend the emergency yet again, after being prompted and persuaded by socialist Andy Pickett. Guess what Bill? In your spewing rebukes of the people you serve you said that “we’re not free like people think” and that you know people who kept their businesses “illegally open”. Is this a joke? To top it all off you actually admit that you got the experimental injection to make certain people (the CNN brainwashed lunatics of the world) “feel better”. This is the height of poor decision making. But, because of this, you’re just the kind of person the governor wants in the exact position you hold.

Here’s a breakdown of the full video that follow’s the initial focus on Teeter’s maniacal ride on a schizophrenic pendulum:

August 10, 2021 Item 4.05 Discussion of Potential Termination of Local Disaster Proclamation Resolution Due to Covid

First 5.5 minutes- CAO Andy Pickett trying to dissuade the supervisors from ending the public health emergency so they can get more money.

6 minutes of Doug Teeter making his first response and some comments by Debra Lucero.
23 minutes of brilliant public comment

Doug Teeter does a complete turn around

11 minutes of discussion between the board and the CAO, during which Bill Connelly reprimands the public and informs them that California is a dictatorship and local governments have no say when it comes to the state.

Final 2 minutes- the board defers to socialist Andy Pickett to decide whether or not they should vote. So it’s decided to
delay it until the next meeting, thereby extending the emergency. You can literally hear the triumphant GLEE in Pickett’s voice.

Long before this meeting, Doug Teeter and the entire board had been getting flooded with more than enough evidence, documents and testimony proving that we never met the criterion for a public health emergency, and yet his rationale for not ending the emergency a year and a half after it started in March 2020 was that he needed to know what are the criterion to end it? We NEVER met the criterion to start it!!!!

Stay tuned for two more flash back to Covid videos where you’ll witness Teeter being THE deciding vote to continue the fraudulent emergency sham not once but TWO MORE TIMES, despite admitting in front of the whole world , several times-THERE IS NO EMERGENCY.
Butte County did not fully end all local public health emergencies until June 2022.
