Kimberly Woolman who was accused of two counts of assault and one count of causing a disturbance has had her charges acquitted and the sentencing quashed! Kimberly spent two years fighting these bogus charges in court doing self-representation (with the exception of one court appearance).

She was falsely accused in 2021 of coughing on a Save-on-Foods employee and causing a disturbance in the store and subsequently found guilty. Even though inconsistent statements, testimonies and video evidence proved otherwise.

Kimberly did not give up, and she filed an appeal shortly after the ruling outlining various errors in law and facts. To Kimberly’s relief, today she received the final notice she had been acquitted of all charges and the sentencing has been quashed.
