There are 3 parking garages here on campus and this one came later in 2003. It sports Dover VR like the other 2 garages did. Sadly, the other 2 garages which had Dover SPF's with VR were recently ruined by Delaware Elevators with some more awful $5 Innovation Mods (I did not film any of them, but Sirens and Elevators filmed at least one of them).
