This is our opportunity to hold the Liberals accountable, let's take advantage and get those claims filed! The time limit to file a civil claim is two years from the date of the incident, which is this Wed, Feb 14th.

Tonight, we'll review an example claim statement of facts, the legal provisions to support the claim and we'll go through the online filing process together.

The purpose of this claim is focused specifically to the unlawful invocation of the Emergencies Act by the Liberals. We can all use this template as a starting point to make it easy for you to file!
