Free B.E.C. Breakfast Wraps Recipe 🌯🍳🥓🧀
Introduction:
B.E.C. Breakfast Wraps are the ultimate grab-and-go breakfast option, ideal for busy mornings or when you need a portable meal. Packed with protein and flavor, these wraps are sure to fuel your day and satisfy your cravings for a classic breakfast combination.
Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
8 slices bacon
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salsa, avocado slices, or hot sauce (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, turning occasionally, about 6-8 minutes. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
Prepare the Scrambled Eggs:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for a minute or two until the edges start to set.
Gently scramble the eggs with a spatula until they are just set but still slightly creamy. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among the tortillas, spreading them out in the center of each tortilla.
Place two slices of cooked bacon on top of the eggs on each tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the bacon and eggs.
Roll the Wraps:
Fold the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
Serve and Enjoy:
If desired, slice each wrap in half diagonally before serving.
Serve the B.E.C. Breakfast Wraps immediately, with salsa, avocado slices, or hot sauce on the side for dipping or drizzling.
