Fiohann has worked as a Nutritionist in multiple settings from community health to coaching for athletes. He has managed natural health stores and carried out nutritional consulting in multiple countries. His passion for health inspires him to share his knowledge with others. He believes that the best recipe for learning is a lot of curiosity, a dash of eagerness and a healthy dose of skepticism. His fascination for medicinal mushrooms began when he started using them for performance and recovery for MMA and was blown away by the results, leading him to his current role working with Purica.
