South Africans denounce finance minister’s new measures

Demonstrators hit the streets of South Africa after the finance minister announced it will draw down $8 billion dollars from contingency reserves over the next three years. The move is aimed at countering the rising national debt. Local correspondent Noluvuyo Kunge reports.
