Sometimes you're snug as a bug in a rug, but can’t get the Sandman to come your way. Sleeping should be the easiest part of your day because it requires the least of you, just lay there and let it happen, like most people’s wedding nights!

Sleeping is a lot like sex and BBQ, we think that we are great at it until someone decides to tell you the truth. Well, we are that someone and your could be better! Ever since us humans had to get up for work we have been obsessed with sleep. Greeks and Romans built temples to Gods associated with sleep, which makes sense because it must be awesome to sleep in temple!

People have been trying to find out a way to sleep better at night and proper sleeping has always been about the bed. Even though the beds have become more comfortable over the course of the years, insomnia currently affects 60 million Americans nightly, so what are we doing wrong?

One of the biggest problems we have is not getting enough sleep each night. Recent history shows that a lack of sleep can be extremely dangerous. Studies have shown that adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep at night in order to function properly the next day. In fact, fatigue is the cause in a hundred thousand auto crashes. Do you know how hard it is to text when you are driving? It is nearly impossible!
