Woman Tests A Collar She Believes Only Emits Noises, Until She Gets Shocked

This particular video features a blonde woman in a gray dress who is playing with a dog collar. At first, she thinks the collar is a dog shock collar. She clips the collar around her neck. She then tries barking out loud to set off the collar. The collar only emits a high-pitched noise. The woman seems surprised and tries barking a few more times. Each time she barks the collar only emits the high-pitched noise. She then claims that the collar does not work as a shock collar. IT only makes the noise she says. She gives one more bark and the collar goes off shocking her literally and emotionally.
