Gov. Kristi Noem: South Dakota will continue to help secure the border, build a wall in Texas

Governor Kristi Noem vows to continue to support Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s mission to secure the border. Gov. Noem says South Dakota National Guard’s next mission will be the construction of a wall along the Texas-Mexico border.
