NOTE 1 : Table ONLY WORKS WITH PuP-Pack!

NOTE 2 : VPX 10.8 (10.7 works fine) has a bug that causes the Pup-Pack to not close immediately because VPX actually crashes and Popper never gets notified to close. If you are using Pinup Popper menu, it will eventually close when you load the next table.
