Andy Dick is a multifaceted Hollywood failure who today earns nothing but scorn and ridicule. As with many actors, he had a brief foray into music. His albums are terrible and completely forgotten by everybody.

I first heard Secret Garden on Pandora radio over a decade ago and was very fond of it. It's sentimental track, unique in a discography which is mostly just "haha I'm so gay, my music is so gay, haha". It is about loss and suffering, about how suffering is subjective, and how it feels to lose someone when their suffering is unbearable. It is dressed up in some silliness, but its unrefined lyrics allow it to feel like it comes from a genuine place of hurt.

Unfortunately for me, Andy Dick's music is so terrible nobody has ever once listened to his albums since they all went digital - even for quality assurance. His publisher has put broken copies Bitches of the Century on Spotify, Amazon, Google Music, YouTube, Soundcloud, etc. Every single copy of this song that you can find legally has the first 3 seconds of it lost to the previous track (C**k and Balls) and the last 3 seconds of the next song (I'll F**k Anything That Moves) added to the end. This is such a sentimental piece, and to cut have it meshed in with his other songs ruins it.

So, I have painstakingly stitched together an unbroken copy to preserve it. I hope that whoever reads this finds some enjoyment out of Andy Dick's failed life and my tribulations in preserving his music.

Released August 20th, 2002.
