American Culture Project CEO and Chairman John Tillman explains why Republicans need to “shrink the job” they have on election day by expanding and competing better on early voting initiatives. “The more early voters you put into the bank before the election day, when you actually turn out, that means you have fewer voters on election day for your marketing spend...One of the reasons the Democrats have won is because they have a lot smaller job on election day and they have bigger resources because of their infrastructure,” says Tillman.
