Yesterday, a container ship leaving Baltimore lost power and careened into the Francis Scott Key Bridge, causing the entire bridge to collapse into the water. The disaster has forced the closure of one of America’s busiest port cities until the wreckage can be removed. Joe Biden has promised that the federal government will pay for the rebuild, but the bridge disaster highlights just how quickly the U.S. economy can be put in jeopardy.

Meanwhile, Barack Obama is apparently pulling out all the stops to keep his hold on power through Joe Biden, according to multiple news outlets.
