Sharing the few tips to avoid being worried about being made redundant
Ben had worked in Birmingham for over than a year and three months but unfortunately, the company suddenly made an announcement and said everyone are dismissed and terminate the contract. Then i had no choice but to looking for job elsewhere.
So what should you do if you don't want to be overly worried about being made redundant? Here's the few tips is really useful to you
1. Prepare emergency funds to make sure that you can survive at least six months until you get another job
2. Complete and have your CV ready before redundant consultancy meeting begins
3. Notify the agency as soon as possible before the end of the date
4. Get a job that companies have potential growth and it's unlikely to be made redundant
5. Start saving emergency funds, saving for future and invest if you are already begin a new job. You will find it difficult to predict if there's another second redundancy to be made in the future.
Hope this tips will minimise the possibility of worries about the redundancy.
