Introduction :

Today's recipe is flower Samosa very easy recipe for your iftar menu also for your evening sancks. So try this recipe and let me know how it is waiting for your feedback.

Ingredients :

-Maida 1 cup ( All purpose Flour )
-Namak 1/4 tsp (Salt)
-Zeera 1/2 tsp ( Cumin seeds )
-Oil 2 tbsp
-Pani 1/3 cup (Water) OR AS REQUIRED

-Aloo boiled & mashed ( Potatoes 2 medium)
-Red Chili Powder 1 tsp ( lal Mirch Powder ) OR TO TASTE
-Haldee powder 1/2 tsp (Turmeric Powder)
-Namak 1 tsp ( Salt )
-Dhania Powder 1/2 tsp ( Dry Coriander Powder )
-Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
-Corn Flour 2 tbsp
-Oil for frying

Direction For Cooking :

-In a bowl add all - purpose flour , salt , cumin seeds , oil mix well.
-Gradually add water and make a smooth dough rest it for 20 -30 mins.
-In a bowl add boiled & mashed potatoes , red chili powder , turmeric powder , dry coriander powder , garam masala , corn flour mix well make a smooth dough.
-Divide the dough into two parts then roll a thin roti.
-Apply all potato mixture evenly on roti then place the other roti on it.
-Cut the edges from side then make flower shape samosa
-In a wok add oil let' s heat up then add flower samosa fry until golden brown and crispy.
-Your flower samosa is ready serve with mint raita.
