The Taliban government of Afghanistan has claimed to have spotted the US military's drones violating the country's airspace in Kandahar and Nimroz. The Afghan government's spokesperson, Zabihullah Mujahid, told Tolo News Agency that "These aircraft undoubtedly belong to the US, flying and crossing from the airspace of some neighbouring countries into Afghanistan." The United States invaded Afghanistan in 2001 and withdrew its forces in August 2021, after two decades. Watch
