Give yourself a much-needed energy boost for the whole day. Try these Sehri Special Smoothies in two beautiful ways, super delicious and healthy , so try these recipes in your sehri and let me know how it is , waiting for your feedback.

Ingredients:

Prepare Strawberry & Orange Smoothie:

-Frozen or Fresh strawberries 1 cup
-Banana 1
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Fresh Orange juice 1/2 Glass

Prepare Apple & Date Smoothie:

-Saib (Apple) 1 large
-Badam (Almonds) 5 -7
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1/4 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) low fat 1 Cup
-Khajoor (Dates) 3-4 remove the seeds
-Badam (Almonds) sliced

Directions:

Prepare Strawberry & Orange Smoothie:

-In a blender jug, add frozen or fresh strawberries, banana ,yogurt , fresh orange juice & blend well.
-Add ice if you like.
-Garnish with strawberry & serve!

Prepare Apple & Date Smoothie:

-Deseed & cut apple into cubes.
-In a blender jug, add apple, almonds, cinnamon powder, milk, dates (deseed) & blend well.
-Add ice if you like.
-Garnish with almonds & serve!
