Son of Smith County Commissioner Phillips Arrested, 4th time for speaking during public comment port

While reading a scripture from the Bible, Neal Franklin for Smith County Judge interrupted Lance FE Phillips to say “I want to remind you to stay on the agenda items.”
Neal Franklin then said “It’s MY MOTION that we’re gonna hold Mr. Phillips in contempt.”

Lance was then attacked by Smith County Gangsters and carried out by his limbs (as Lance was attempting to walk out on his own).

Lance was somehow charged with Assault on a Public Servant WHILE HIS HANDS WERE RESTRAINED BEHIND HIS BACK and being violently pushed by gang members. Imagine if this were your son.
