Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:

-Chicken fillets (boneless) 3-4
-Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp ( Adrak , Lehsun)
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Red chili flakes 1 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-White pepper powder 1 tsp ( Sufaid Mirch )
-Salt 1/2 tsp ( Namak )
-Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp ( Hara Mirch )
-Oregano 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Oil (for frying) 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Chicken Veggie Mixture:

-Oil 2 -3 tbsp
-Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp ( Lehsun )
-Carrot (chopped) 1/2 cup ( Gajar )
-Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup ( Shimla Mirch )
-Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup ( Hara Pyaz )
-Cooked chicken
-Mayonnaise 1 cup
-Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste ( namak )
-Black pepper powder 1 tsp ( Kali Mirch )
-Red chili flakes 1 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )

Ingredients for Chili Mayo Sauce:

-Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
-Chili garlic sauce 1/4 cup
-Mustard paste 1 tbsp
-Oregano 1/2 tsp
-Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Bread Sticks:

-Bread slices as required
-Chicken veggie mixture
-Mozzarella cheese (shredded) as required
-Beaten eggs (for coating) as required
-Bread crumbs (for coating) as required
-Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Chicken Preparation:

- In a bowl add chicken fillets, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, red chili flakes, white pepper powder, salt, green chilies, oregano, lemon juice and coat the chicken well. Marinate for 20-30 mins.
- In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken fillets. Cook each side for 3-4 mins or until fully done. Your chicken is ready.

Directions for Chicken Veggie Mixture Preparation:

-In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a few seconds.
- Now add carrot, capsicum, green onion and cook for 2-3 mins.
- In a bowl add prepared chicken cut into small cubes. Add prepared veggies into it with mayo, salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes and mix them well. your Chicken Veggie Mixture is ready.

Directions for Chili Mayo Sauce Preparation:

-In a bowl add mayo, chili garlic sauce, oregano, mustard paste, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well. Your Chili Mayo Sauce is ready.

Directions for Chicken Cheese Bread Sticks Preparation:

-Take a bread slice and remove its edges. Spread a layer of chicken veggie mixture on it.
-Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on it and place another bread slice on top.
-Cut this sandwich into 3 pieces making 3 rectangular sticks.
-Now dip these rectangular sticks into beaten eggs and then coat in bread crumbs.
-In a deep pan heat oil and place coated chicken cheese sticks. Shallow fry them until crispy and golden brown in color.
