Our friend Tommy from New Brunswick is back on the Friday Night Zoom to share an update on his battle against the province of New Brunswick attempting to expropriate his home.

Tommy has been in good hands as the New Brunswick team has been working hard on his defence. In his last appearance the Crown handed over a 400 page document, that turned into a nothing burger and a time waster.

This coming Wed, April 10th Tommy is back in court. Mitchell will be representing him and will be presenting an injunction to stay the proceedings until specific details can be disclosed as well as a disposition to question all stakeholders involved.
