• Gentle seedling soil – room temperature as possible
• Bottled or distilled water – room temperature as possible
• Solo cups * with drainage holes *
• Grow light
• Mycorrhizae (optional)
• Scoop or spoon (optional)
• PH pen (optional)
• Hygrometer (optional)
• Thermometer (optional)
• PAR meter (optional)

[18:50] STEP #3: Put Soil in the Bottom of the Solo Cup & Bury your Seedling

NOTES ON TRANSFERRING THE SEEDLINGS:
• Don't forget drainage holes in bottom of solo cups
• Pre-moisten your soil - you CANNOT over-water this way!
• Put pellet into solo cup at desired height - it's OK to bury the stem
• Leave netting / mesh ON
• Fill-in the rest of the soil *loosely*

• Already moistened
• Seedlings will need water when they dry out

• We use a Mars Hydro SP 3000
• Seedlings need between 100-300 PAR
• You can continue them with the seedling lamp
• But we had a miscarriage… so we’re using that for Rosy’s replacement
• We’re using the Mars-Hydro SP-3000
