Judge Wants to BAN Assault Weapons, Can't Define Them

The Honorable Judge Nancy Maldonado was in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee for a potential promotion to a higher court, in spite of the fact she has not been in her current position for very long.

Senator Kennedy brings up a brief from when she was a lawyer where she called for a ban on "assault weapons" to see what she meant by that. However, she very clearly is a puppet of the gun control lobby and Brady Center as she has no real answer.
