Biden Admin Lies About Closing Gun Show "Loophole"

The Biden Administration unveiled the final rule defining what it means to be "engaged in the business" of selling firearms. This comes from an ATF rule that grabbed its authority from the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act.

Many believe the ATF is using this as a power grab to enact executive gun control outside the scope approved by Congress in the initial law.

After a comment period, the rule was revealed in a massive 466 page document which makes what requires a federal firearms license more vague and gives the ATF authority to presumptively believe you are selling firearms without a license if the transaction meets ridiculous criteria.

Not only that, the Attorney General and the administration are using this to lie about closing a non-existent gun show loophole, a talking point which the media has parroted back in articles and videos released today.
