I love the idea of a sustainable food source for my home, but I am a terrible gardener. Further, I live in suburbia where space is at a premium. Planting directly in the sandy soil where I live does not exactly yield wonderful food results. Going over to EPCOT’s land pavilion, I loved the tour of the grow systems they displayed and thought along those lines. I came up with a system that is Simple, Scalable, Automated, Transportable, and High Capacity.
