It's really not rocket science folks Seriously!!!

The fundamental issue is that the prevailing Prussian Model education system has utterly failed to teach people about the origins and implications of many core aspects of society. Specifically, most citizens today lack a meaningful understanding of the Declaration of Independence - the seminal document in which American colonists asserted their right to self-govern rather than live under the rule of the British monarchy. The critical nuance that has been lost is the distinction between a "sovereign" and a "citizen." By definition, a sovereign wields absolute power and authority over a domain, while a citizen is merely a resident living under the sovereignty of a state or nation. However, because schools do not prioritize teaching the definitions and historical contexts of the very vocabulary and documents that underpin civics, most Americans conflate the two concepts, mistakenly believing themselves to be sovereigns rather than citizens. This dangerous misconception stems directly from the Prussian education model introduced in the late 19th century, which valued rote spelling drills and grammar over substantive lessons in history, civics, and language. The architects of this approach were not concerned with creating an informed populace; rather they sought to create compliant workers for an industrializing nation. Tragically, their techniques took firm root in the U.S. education system without ever being reformed to address their lack of context and critical analysis. As a result, generations of Americans have been left fundamentally incapable of making sense of their nation's origins or power structures. Worse still, this knowledge gap was intentionally exploited by unscrupulous leaders during the 2016 election and pandemic, manipulating millions through propaganda and misinformation just as the fascist regimes of 1930s Germany had. The bleak reality is that until educational priorities are realigned to emphasize substantive understanding of history and civics, citizens will remain vulnerable to psychological manipulation by those who seek power at any cost without regard for human dignity. This failing leaves little hope of creating an informed electorate able to think critically about their role in society.
