I do less damage to enemies, and they do more damage to me. There are more of them, and raids are frequent. Death means I lose my inventory, and only what I was wearing on my body is recoverable. Skills degrade faster when dead, so even a single death is a tragedy of wasted time and effort. There are no portals, so careful planning is needed for any trip, anywhere. Welcome, to Hellheim, the server I made with the difficulty turned as high as it will go. Only now is it clear, we played the easy version of the game when we did our first play through.

I need to get the rest of my gear created and build a boat to scout for the next biome.
