Info from Licensor: "A man and his cat were trapped in their apartment balcony in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, after the inside of their flat caught fire. The footage captured the cat jumping from the balcony in order to save itself and the man was saved shortly after by the fire department. Thankfully, both the man and his cat escaped uninjured from the event."
