So delicious that I make them twice a week! Dutch minced meat dish on baking tray
I am ready to cook this ground beef recipe at least twice a week. It is very simple and practical. And the minced meat dish turns out to be very tender, juicy and tasty. In addition to the cabbage from this video, it will become a new hit on your table. Such cabbage can be served with any meat dishes. It is always very tasty. Cook with love! Cook with joy.
Ingredients and preparation:
150g white bread
230ml milk
30g green onions
150-200 g Gouda cheese
Black pepper
Salt
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ground coriander
1kg (2.2lb) minced meat
I use a combination of pork and beef
3 medium eggs
1-3 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 medium onions
2 bay leaves
A few black peppercorns
ground caraway
About 50 ml of water
Bake for 40 minutes at 180C, top/bottom heat + 15-20 minutes at 180C with circulating air
Potatoes:
4 potatoes
1 tsp smoked paprika
¾ tsp garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
vegetable oil
1 cabbage (1.3 kg)
Baking cover
65 ml soy sauce
65 ml vegetable oil
35 g whole grain mustard
¾ tsp salt (or to taste)
Black pepper
1 tsp honey
35 ml apple or wine vinegar
6-8 cloves of garlic
