Recipes and ingredients:
1 cup flour (cup capacity 250 ml)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1 egg
1 cup (240 ml) milk
1 cup (240 ml) water
2 tablespoons (30ml) of vegetable oil
Mix it thoroughly
Heat a thick-bottomed skillet over medium heat
Coat with vegetable oil if necessary
Pour a small amount of batter, spreading it
out to make a thin pancake
Fry on both sides until the crust is golden
Repeat the process until all the pancakes are cooked

Chicken fillets 400 g
Heat a skillet over medium heat add 1 -2
tablespoons of vegetable oil
Roast for approximately 12 to 15 minutes
Salt and pepper to taste
Mushrooms 300 g
Heat a skillet over medium heat add 1 -2
tablespoons of vegetable oil
Roast until crust is golden, 8 to 10 minutes
Add chopped garlic (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Eggs 4 pieces (must be at room temperature
to avoid cracking)
Gently place the eggs in the boiling water
(should be fully submerged)
Boil the eggs for 10 to 12 minutes
After boiling, remove the eggs
Place them in cold water (ice water)
Salt and pepper to taste
For each layer, place a pancake, evenly
spread the filling (fillet, mushrooms, eggs)
Between layers, you can spread mayonnaise,
mustard, tomato sauce or any other sauce you like
The last pancake will cover the pie on top
Mix the eggs and milk and brush the mixture
on top of the pancake
1-2 tablespoon milk
Bake in a preheated 180° oven for about
20-25 minutes until crust is golden
Serve with cheese and herbs
