Steps:

Head to the swamp below and you will find 4 marked rusted jars. Interacting to all of them is optional but the scattered adeptal energy is located at the farthest jar.

From the jar where you found the first scattered adeptal energy, you will see the second one lurking along the swamp. Interact and follow it through. It will have a couple of stops and spawning several Hydro Mimics at every stops. Defeating them is optional however at the last stop, you will need to defeat the "Beast Lord of Fuyu".

From the "Beast Lord of Fuyu" location, use the Golden Carp's Leap located just at the path near the large broken jar. After the very first Golden Carp's Leap, you will see 3 Golden Carp's Leap ahead, choose the leftmost Golden Carp's Leap then follow through the path until you see a group of Hillis with caged Seelie. Defeat them to free the Seelie. Follow it through and other two Seelies will join along the way, until you see the third scattered adeptal energy.

Still following the 3 Seelies until you reach their courts, you will find another room with 2 Pyro Elemental Towers submerged halfway. They can be lifted using adeptal energy and can start at any of the two towers. A Precious Chest will spawn after activating the two towers, with the fourth scattered adeptal energy on top of the chest.
