[No-Oven] Potato Cheese Flatbread :: Soft and Fluffy, Dip in Curry

I put potatoes and cheese in the bread and baked it without an oven,
The bread is fluffy and the inside is soft.
It is delicious to eat as is, but it is even more delicious to dip it in curry.

Matching Curry Recipe (Chicken Tikka Masala* Measurements are on a scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp) (not a measuring spoon)

✤ Dough
- 300g Bread flour (all-purpose flour available)
- 100ml Warm water
- 100ml Warm milk
- 6g (2tsp) Instant dry yeast
- 5g (1.5tsp) Sugar
- 5 g (1.5tsp) salt
- 16g (2Tbsp) Olive oil

✤ Inside
- 520g (2pcs) Potatoes (weight including peel)
- 2 g (0.5tsp) Salt
- 15g (1Tbsp) Room temperature unsalted butter 15g (Missed from the video)
- 110g Mozzarella cheese (choice)
✤ Topping
- 15g Melted unsalted butter (optional)

✤ TIP
- You can substitute sweet potatoes or sweet pumpkin instead of potatoes.
- It is also good to stir-fry vegetables such as onions, carrots, and green onions in potatoes.
- If the pan is thin, cook it over medium heat.
- In order to make the bread rise, it is important to control the heat. Please watch the video closely.
- When fermenting, you can put a bowl of dough in a pot of warm water (36℃~38℃). When the water cools down, change the water. (Human body temperature)
