Vegetarian Chinese Soup Dumplings

Vegetarian soup dumplings are just as tasty~ Give it a try.

Full Recipe:
DOUGH (roughly 28 soup dumplings depending on the size you make)

1½ cups All-purpose Flour
â…” cup Boiling Water
2 tsp Vegetable Oil

SOUP
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
½ Diced Onion
¼ tsp Brown Sugar
1 clove Minced Garlic
2 tsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
¼ cup Red Wine (works well with burgundy or pinot noir)
2 ½ cups Veggie Broth
3 sprigs Thyme
1 Bay Leaf
½ cup Dried Porcini Mushrooms or any fresh mushrooms of your choice
1.5tsp Agar Agar Powder

FILLING
8 oz Chopped Cremini Mushrooms or white mushrooms
1tsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Butter
½ cup Diced Carrots
¼ cup Diced Celery
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
1 clove Minced Garlic
2 tbs Minced Scallions
1 tbsp Minced Parsley
¼ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Salt

DIPPING SAUCE (optional)
A bunch of Shredded Fresh Ginger
1 tbs Dark Chinese Vinegar
1 tbs Light Soy Sauce
2tbs Chili Oil (optional)
1tbs Chopped Scallion
