Rope Swing Ends In Faceplant

With the amount of rope swing debacles we receive at AFV, it would seem that very few practice this pastime without it going very, very wrong. Each fail is like a snowflake, different in its own unique way. Truly, no two are exactly alike. Sometimes the rope is too short, other times it’s too long. Sometimes the person goes flying right into something (like a tree), other times they don’t let go in time and swing back into something else. There are just too many variables for it to go right with any consistency. Don’t get us wrong, we’re not complaining; each and every rope swing fail is oddly satisfying.
