Korean Style Ground Beef #groundbeefrecipe

Easy weeknight dinner recipe you can make within 30 minutes and it's loaded with spicy-tasty flavors.
Ingredients:
1 lbs ground beef / 453 g
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup brown sugar, I use Erythritol sugar for less carbs / 31 g
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce or 1 Tbsp aminos / 31 g / 15 g
2 tsp sesame oil / 8 g
1/4 tsp ground ginger / 1.7 g
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper / 1.7 g
3 green onions, thinly sliced

In a large skillet, cook beef and garlic over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking beef into crumbles. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, oil and seasonings. Stir sauce into beef; heat through. Serve over hot rice. Sprinkle with green onions.
