This is an old meat recipe from the Czech Republic. This dish is prepared in the old town of Prague. A very tasty recipe. Your family and friends will be surprised.

Black pepper.

Bake at 170°C/340°F for 2 hours.

1 teaspoon of paprika.
1 teaspoon of oregano.

Baking paper.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 20 minutes.
Put it under the press.

1 tablespoon of mustard.
2 tablespoons of honey.
Salt and pepper.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
