✅Ingredients:

▪️1 Pinch of salt
▪️1 tsp of Vanilla
▪️2 egg yolks
▪️Zest of a lemon
▪️60 g ground almonds (1/2 cup)
▪️ 360 g flour (3 cups)
▪️4 g of baking powder (1/2 tsp)

▪️Toasted flaked almonds
▪️2 egg whites
▪️A few drops of lemon juice

Oven preheated to 175°C for 20 to 25 minutes
