The best crispy plump potato chips, 20 minutes in the air fryer.
Cut a potato into slices and then into finger-thick strips.
Wash well from the starch.
In a bowl mix with 2 spoons of oil, I used avocado less dirt for Ninja and in general much more heat resistant than olive oil.
A spoonful of salt, paprika and a pinch of garlic.
