Are We Keeping Up With the Speed of Knowledge

Collectively, mankind is acquiring, developing, and accumulating knowledge at a tremendous rate in our time: are you and I keeping up with the speed at which knowledge is produced? The “knowledge doubling curve” offered by Buckminster Fuller in his 1982 book, Critical Path, and expanded upon by IBM 2020, reckoned that the sum total of knowledge on earth would be doubled every twelve hours.
