Hey! It’s Friday

Happy Friday, friends! I see some new faces here, so I thought I'd better introduce myself properly.
My name is Narumi, and I'm a half Japanese half Taiwanese pole dance instructor.
I started pole dance performances in 2011. I was a slow learner in group pole dance lessons, so I decided to take private lessons from my mentor, Rumi, who has since become my best friend. Unfortunately, many friends left me back then just because I did pole dance. Even in the professional field, I was pressured to hide my passion for pole dancing. Society wasn’t ready to accept this beautiful art form yet.

I believe pole dancing is a powerful way to communicate deep truths, and I see storytelling as a high calling that demands my best effort and attention to craft. I'm always looking for ways to grow.

Since 2018, I’ve been teaching pole dance lessons in Germany (Pole Faction and Pole Statement). Feel free to come by and say hi! For those who can't attend in-person lessons, I offer a monthly subscription on Patreon where you can request content and practice at your own pace.

On the home front, I'm a wife and the mother of two rapidly growing toddlers who inspire me every day.
