Medal of Honor： Rising Sun

Medal of Honor: Rising Sun is a first-person shooter video game developed by EA Los Angeles and published by EA Games in November 2003. It was released for PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube. It is the fifth installment in the Medal of Honor series.

Rising Sun takes place in World War II, during the Pacific War. It has single-player and multiplayer features (multiplayer was closed in November 2006). In single-player mode, the player takes on the role of Corporal Joseph Griffin as he battles the Empire of Japan in locations across the Pacific and Southeast Asia.

Gameplay
Medal of Honor: Rising Sun is a first-person shooter. The gameplay layout, graphics engine and HUD elements are similar to its predecessor, Medal of Honor: Frontline. The player fights alongside AI-controlled allies or a second player, being able to crouch, zoom in and use grenades. The Pacific War setting introduces weapons of Japanese origin, which can be used in multiplayer mode.
