Puppy Takes A Nap By Tilting Its Head Backwards

When it comes to showing sincerity toward the owner, Australian Shepherds are always at the top of the game. This little Koda AKA miniature Aussie is no different. This cute little thing wants a peaceful nap time with its master but doesn't quite know the right way to do it. Everyone is wondering what the pup is up to, let’s dig deep and find out!

Afternoon naps are sweeter than sugar, after a tiring morning routine followed by a high carb meal calls for a quick but peaceful nap. Clearly, the dog has better plans. He doesn't want to nap in the old-fashioned position. He's trying to tilt his head back (What's that? A Yoga move? To improve blood circulation maybe?). Whatever it is, he's enjoying it with his pretty little stuffed tiger toy by his side. On his cushy red dog-mattress.

Maybe he has his crib somewhere around and he wants to be placed in it while someone gently cradles it. Or maybe he wants two stacked pillows under him just like his owner. That poor little thing is having trouble finding a cozy position to hold on to. Is it because there is no blanket on him? (That could be it! The pup might want it all!) No matter what the reason is, he’s still trying to prop out one leg to reach his owner. I think he wants to cuddle!

Oh Wait. I know what it is, he is trying to imitate the stuffed-toy (Don’t worry, pup. You will get it right…. eventually!) But, think about it. The pup is bored and there is no way he can get a quick nap with the background noise going on and on. His way of killing time is by propping a hand out of the crib and getting his owner’s attention while he pulls off a tilt-my-head-back stunt. His buddy, the stuffed toy is doing it too and they seem to be having a lot of fun, more than what a nap could have caused. I kind of like the way the toy is placed, it could be tickling Koda and causing him to move the way he is moving. You know like how you throw your head back when you’re being tickled. Also, on a serious note, please loosen the blue belt, it’s stopping the pup from performing the stunt at its full potential.

All I hope is for the owner to answer Aussie’s call, because the little one has been trying to get their attention for a while (how about a cuddle? Sounds good to me.). What do you guys think about it? Would love for the viewers to come forward by commenting below. Let me know what your thoughts are on the pup’s sleeping style. Do you find it weird? Or funny? I really want to read new theories to this. I am sure this pup will brighten your mood and a share or two can mean only one thing, brighten a couple more faces! Cheers!
