NBA champion Michael Jordan knows how to handle his nerves during high-stress situations. He said the key to being calm during these moments was practice. According to Business Insider, the basketball icon say you need to first build on your fundamentals. He said: “When game breaks down, you can handle anything that transpires.” Since he practiced so much he knew he could perform and wasn’t doubting himself.
