Child care facility re-inspected, set to reopen Wednesday

Tip Top Child Development Center is set to open again tomorrow after a re-inspection. The childcare facility was shut down for more than 60 health and safety violations last week. The facility has been re-inspected and the closure notice has been removed. Inspectors found excessively dirty toys, beds, and furniture. The inspector also found staff changing diapers improperly and not washing hands between changes. The owner told 13 Action News that she takes full responsibility for all of the violations and says she plans to reopen June 11 at 6 a.m.
